A prominent technology services company serving the mining industry, with presence across multiple national projects, is currently seeking a: ### ***PLANNING ANALYST WITH ACTIVE ENVIRONMENTAL INSPECTOR AUTHORIZATION*** Position Objective To plan, schedule, coordinate, and control operational and maintenance activities for IT/OT technological services at the mining site, ensuring proper resource allocation, adherence to work programs, and operational continuity under high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Main Responsibilities* Thoroughly understand IT/OT technological service operations in mining (networks, telecommunications, critical systems). * Plan and schedule weekly and daily activities (+1 and +2), ensuring correct task prioritization. * Manage operational requirements from field personnel, supervisors, and clients. * Prepare, administer, and track Work Orders (WO), defining required resources, timelines, and materials. * Coordinate activity execution among technical teams, supervisors, Contract Owners, and support departments. * Participate in shift start-up and handover meetings, reviewing progress, deviations, and rescheduling. * Monitor contractual operational capacity and optimize resource allocation. * Ensure compliance with client and TRES60 safety, quality, and procedural standards. * Monitor achievement of operational and contractual KPIs. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (progress, deviations, compliance). * Manage information in planning and maintenance platforms (ServiceNow, Maximo, Planner, MasterPlanning, or others). * Support operational continuity management, risk control, and continuous improvement. * Maintain updated technical and operational documentation. Areas of Responsibility**Safety** ------------- * Incorporate safety criteria into activity planning. * Ensure compliance with HSEC standards and the Risk Control Program. * Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and requirements associated with mining operations. **Coordination** ---------------- * Facilitate communication among field personnel, supervision, and technical departments. * Ensure timely availability of resources and materials. **Quality** ----------- * Verify correct activity execution and efficient use of resources. * Identify and report operational deviations. **Reporting** ------------------ Prepare reports on: * Planning compliance * Shift adherence * Productive hours (PH) * Deviations and action plans * Operational indicators **Administrative Management** -------------------------- * Attendance, shift, training, and vacation tracking. * Tool and equipment inspection follow-up. * Operational documentation control. **Communications** ------------------ * Ensure proper dissemination of operational and safety information. * Support communication between clients and internal teams. **KPI Management** ------------------- * Weekly and monthly planning compliance * Adherence to maintenance programs * Resource and staffing optimization * Reduction of operational deviations * SLA compliance and operational continuity Expected Profile We seek a professional with strong planning, coordination, and operational control capabilities, focused on operational continuity and compliance with mining standards, capable of interacting with multidisciplinary teams in high-demand environments. The candidate must have experience in IT/OT technological operations in mining, maintenance management, and resource control, as well as a strong orientation toward safety, quality, and continuous improvement. **Holding a current Environmental Inspector authorization is an exclusive requirement to perform duties at the mining site**, ensuring compliance with environmental and operational standards mandated by the client and the operation. Job Requirements**Education** ------------- Engineering degree in: * Industrial * Computer Science * Telematics * Electronics * Electrical Engineering * Connectivity and Networks * Or related field **Experience** --------------- * Minimum 3 years in maintenance or technological services planning within the mining industry. * Experience coordinating operational field teams. * Experience managing work orders and resource planning. * Desired experience in IT/OT service contracts. **Technical Skills (Hard Skills)** ---------------------------------------- Proficiency in planning and maintenance platforms: * ServiceNow * IBM Maximo * MS Planner * MasterPlanning Knowledge of: * Mining maintenance processes. * IT/OT technologies. * Networks and telecommunications. * IT infrastructure. * Communication systems (VHF, LTE, fiber optics, etc.). * KPI management and operational reporting. * ITIL best practices. Additionally: * Advanced Excel and analytical tool proficiency. **Exclusive Requirements** -------------------------- * Possession of a current Environmental Inspector authorization for working at mining sites. * Medical fitness for work at high altitude (4,500 m above sea level).
