Supervise the processes and resources (human and technical) of the warehouse, and execute operational functionalities in order to achieve expected results in productivity, service level (NDS), accident prevention, shrinkage control, and costs, thereby contributing to meeting the operational objectives defined by management. What will you have to do? Supervise the Arrival, Receipt and/or Dispatch process of cargo, reporting irregularities. Supervise daily operations at all stages (Warehouse Receipt\-Route Departure\-Returns). Coordinate routing of returns entering the warehouse from Reverse Logistics (LI). Control compliance with key KPIs associated with the warehouse, managing route departures, monitoring productivity, service level (NDS), and coordinating returns. Manage requests regarding service issues or contingencies from both internal and external customers. Conduct risk prevention talks. Coordinate and ensure warehouse organization and maintenance regarding infrastructure and equipment.
