Participation in human resources processes AVOS Tech, a company with over 30 years of experience in the Latin American market for operational and technological services, is currently seeking a professional to fill the position of **Logistical Support**. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of Human Resources, including Previred, Labor Directorate, internal HR processes, Chilean labor legislation related to Human Resources, etc. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency **Main Responsibilities:** Administrative Support * File employee documents in physical personal folders. * Retrieve documents upon request and/or for mass processes, either from physical folders or Documentum. * Contact employees from various companies by telephone to coordinate and encourage timely signing of documents within legal deadlines. Logistical Support * Collect and deliver settlement agreements or other documents to notaries for employee signatures. * Collect sight drafts from affiliated banks. * Coordinate with notaries regarding document availability and retrieval of signed documents. * Contact employees from various companies by telephone to coordinate signing of settlement agreements. * Send warning letters via Correos de Chile. **Details:** * Contract Type: Fixed-term contract, subject to subsequent renewal into an indefinite-term contract * Work Modality: On-site * Location: Las Condes * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs. **Benefits:** * Complementary Health and Dental Insurance * Oncological Insurance (FALP) * Influenza Vaccination (April) * Birthday Gift * Year-end Bonuses (September and December)
