




Position Summary: A professional is sought to lead the comprehensive administrative management of mining projects, ensuring contractual compliance and environmental management. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in contractual management and mining project outcomes. 2. Comprehensive management of environmental impacts and mining-related environmental regulations. 3. Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and effective communication. For a mining project, a professional is required to oversee the administrative development of the service, representing the consulting firm in its relationship with the client for all purposes under the contract, and bearing full responsibility for overall contract management and control, as well as for achieving results in accordance with execution plans (e.g., execution plan, quality plan, etc.) and programs (e.g., Gantt chart, sequence diagrams, etc.)—on time, correctly, and without accidents—while delivering the required quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with the contract execution schedule. * Responsible for producing deliverables in their various versions and for resolving announced or unforeseen interferences arising during service execution. * Directly supervise professionals and technicians assigned to the service, assign responsibilities and resources to execute tasks. * Responsible for submitting payment statements and for resolving announced or unforeseen interferences arising during service execution. * Environmental Impact Assessment System. * Current environmental regulations. * Environmental and sectoral permits (identification, preparation, and processing). * Management of RCA commitments (identification, monitoring of compliance, and development of action plans), management of environmental gaps and deviations. * Assessment of modifications to projects with existing RCAs. * Management of liquid and solid waste handling. Sectoral regulations applicable to mining projects (SERNAGEOMIN, DGA, MINVU, SEREMI Salud, among others). * **Requirements** * University degree in environmental sciences or engineering. * 15 years of general experience in mining. * 10 years of experience in project leadership roles for mining projects submitted to SEIA. * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. * Effective communication skills. * Project management capability.
