Manage incidents, requests, and issues related to Oracle Middleware components (ODI, BPM, OSB, SOA, BPEL, OHS, WebLogic, etc.). Install, configure, upgrade, apply patches, and perform monitoring, backup, and recovery of Middleware components and instances. Perform tuning, configuration enhancements, and platform optimization to ensure core service performance, stability, and high availability. Analyze and execute deployments in production and non-production environments, including project compilation and automation via Shell Scripts. Conduct proactive monitoring of Middleware processes and the application layer to anticipate incidents and minimize operational risks. Document configurations, procedures, and architectures to support integrations between on-premise and cloud environments. Participate in technology projects by proposing improvements, best practices, and solutions for capacity, availability, and operational continuity. · Work Modality: Primarily remote, with possible hybrid arrangement depending on current needs.
