




Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring Analyst to provide customer service, track network administration and monitoring processes, and deliver on-site support. Key Highlights: 1. For one of our leading technology-sector clients, we require a Monitoring Analyst to provide customer service and track their network administration and monitoring processes. Respond to on-site or client support requests. Requirements: - Degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. - Basic networking knowledge - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is desirable. - Basic knowledge of physical transmission media for voice and data; LAN/WAN/Wireless/SDWAN/CLOUD networks; communication protocols, MPLS, TCP/IP, UDP; installation, configuration, and operation of Cisco routers, switches, APs, and WLCs. - Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment operation; routers, switches (from other vendors), access points, wireless LAN controllers, gateways, and network analyzers. - General knowledge of monitoring tools (HP OpenView, Zabbix) and information reporting (Service Management / Service Now) - Basic knowledge of IP addressing and its classes - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of information management software (Excel, Power BI) - Basic English Responsibilities: - Monitor networks for customers. - Promptly report alarms. - Execute escalations both to relevant vendors and to internal and external customers. - Promptly escalate internally to the Network team incidents requiring attention (L2 or L3 engineers from the Operations team). - Conduct appropriate follow-ups to ensure incident resolution. - As an engineer, the NOC operator must analyze ongoing failures or incidents; therefore, if detailed observation of the ongoing incident is not possible, internal escalation procedures within the department must be applied so that the event is reviewed by engineers at the next higher levels. - The NOC engineer may not take corrective actions on the monitored network unless the incident has a known, properly documented, and instructed action plan provided by engineers at higher levels. WORKING CONDITIONS: - Work modality: Hybrid (remote or office-based). - Schedule: 44 hours per week, distributed across daytime shifts (8 AM–6 PM), evening shifts (3 PM–12 AM), and night shifts (12 AM–8 AM). - Salary: CLP 850,000 (net) - Contract duration: Fixed-term contract with possibility of extension to indefinite term. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional Institute / Technical Training Center 2 years of experience Keywords: analyst, monitorist, engineers, female engineer, eng, engineer
