Full-time Partially remote **About the Role** As a Software Engineer at Unholster, you will be part of agile teams, engage in the full software development lifecycle, and work on technically challenging projects. You will receive guidance and mentorship to support your professional growth across various areas. **Job Responsibilities** * Participate in the analysis, design, development, and review of software solutions. * Program and build robust solutions by applying sound development practices. * Adapt and learn new technologies, frameworks, or tools as required by each project’s context. * Actively collaborate within teams of 2–6 people, sharing knowledge and best practices. * Clearly present and document progress, results, and implemented solutions. * Contribute to meeting established technical quality standards. * Provide and receive constructive feedback focused on continuous improvement. **What We’re Looking For** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field (not mandatory). * Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures. * Practical experience in at least one specific software development technology or area (e.g., frontend, backend, databases, or DevOps). * Ability to independently learn new technologies and adapt to different development environments. * Passion for challenges, innovation, and continuous learning. * Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and openness to feedback. * Preferred: Experience with technologies such as React, Python, Postgres, or Docker.
