Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst to support the technology infrastructure, with a focus on AWS Cloud, managing servers, networks, and providing technical support. The primary focus of this role is hands-on cloud infrastructure and operations on AWS, especially in production environments and critical platforms. Responsibilities Support the administration of servers, networks, and technology platforms. Perform system monitoring and incident detection. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users. Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions. Execute data backups and data recovery procedures. Collaborate in implementing information security policies. Document technical processes and procedures. Support operational continuity and incident management in production environments. Participate in infrastructure observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting tasks.
