Your Mission You will be responsible for ensuring functional excellence of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, validating complex end\-to\-end flows and guaranteeing that each delivery delivers real business value. You will work side-by-side with the Functional QA team in a continuous integration (CI/CD) environment and agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities Strategy and Execution: Lead functional testing for the D365 project, analyzing user stories and acceptance criteria to design robust test matrices. Defect Lifecycle: Identify, log, and manage the bug lifecycle, generating high-impact technical and executive reports. Automation \& DevOps: Develop regression scripts (UI/API) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery cycles. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate validations with Development, Data, and Integration teams, and support business users during UAT phases. Data Quality: Ensure data integrity (Data Quality) and validate complex business rules in omnichannel environments.
