Key responsibilities: Support the execution of sensory tests and analyses following established methodologies and standards. Collaborate in coordinating sensory panels according to products under evaluation. Collect data for report preparation. Assist in organizing and executing unit workshops. Collaborate in laboratory inventory management and supply availability. And other duties related to the position. Requirements Education: Technical degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Nutrition and Dietetics, or equivalent. Interest in sensory analysis and quality areas.
