At Transformapp, we are looking for a PMO Functional Analyst to serve as the technical engine of our project office, ensuring our tools operate with maximum efficiency. Your mission will be to administer, configure, and evolve our management platforms (primarily Jira and Confluence), acting as the key technical bridge between project teams and the supporting tools. Your main responsibilities will include: Configuring projects, boards, field schemes, and permissions in Jira Software and Service Management; Creating customized workflows with validations and automations aligned with PMO processes; Managing portals, forms, and SLAs to ensure optimal response times; Building operational dashboards using advanced JQL filters to support decision-making; Maintaining configuration guides and information architecture documentation in Confluence. You must have 2–3 years of experience in management tool administration (mandatory), deep Jira administration expertise (schemes, automations) and Confluence administration expertise at the macro level; Proficiency in JQL, analytical thinking, and high attention to detail; Bonus points for Atlassian certifications, knowledge of agile methodologies, or BI tools. Your education: Currently enrolled from the 4th semester onward or graduated in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. What Do We Offer?
