EY Consulting is divided into two main areas: Business Consulting and Technology Consulting. Within Business Consulting, we carry out business strategy, process optimization, and change management projects. In Technology Consulting, we develop solutions related to Big Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, SAP, Business Process Automation (RPA, NLP…), cloud environments, etc. Responsibilities: * You will lead the development of analytical and optimization solutions with a team of 5 people, providing end-to-end technical guidance for the project. * Responsible for gathering business rules from the client and ensuring their implementation in the solution. * Clearly communicate results, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate business challenges into high-impact models. * Drive projects that deliver value to the client, involving significant data science technical challenges and leveraging cutting-edge technology. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, or related Engineering fields. * Knowledge in Data Science and Python. * Certifications in data science or machine learning (e.g., Databricks Certified Data Scientist, Microsoft Azure Data Scientist Associate, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer). * At least 4 years of professional experience in data science, including predictive model development, exploratory analysis, and generating business insights. Advanced proficiency in Python (and libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, matplotlib) and/or PySpark in production environments. * Minimum of 4 to 7 years working in data science, ideally in dynamic environments (consulting, banking, retail, industry, telecom, etc.). Experience in designing and implementing predictive and/or optimization models applied to real-world problems. Experience leading projects or teams in developing analytical or technological solutions. * Experience in optimization models (linear programming, integer programming, heuristics, CP-SAT, etc.); developing solutions in the cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP); designing analytical architectures or production data pipelines.
