R\&Q Ingeniería, an Engineering and Projects company with over 45 years of experience, is seeking a **Lead Geologist** to join an important bidding process in the Mining area in Region II, Antofagasta. **Estimated duration of the contract to be bid: 36 months** **For this, the following candidate is required:** A licensed Geologist with 25 years of general experience and 15 years of proven specific experience as a geotechnical geologist in projects and/or operations at mines exploited by caving methods. The candidate must lead, endorse, and technically validate data collection, modeling, and control. Must have skills and knowledge to supervise and organize the mapping, characterization, and modeling team, particularly demonstrable experience in structural interpretation at regional, local, and geotechnical unit prognosis levels in mines exploited by caving. Must have knowledge of Vulcan and AutoCAD, Leapfrog, Dips, and RocData.
