




Job Summary: We are seeking a Subcontractor Assistant to support the area’s daily operations, ensuring efficient documentation and coordination with subcontractors. Key Highlights: 1. Be part of a collaborative team focused on operational excellence **Make things happen.** At Heavenward, we are looking for a person to join our **Subcontracts** team as a *Subcontractor Assistant*. Your mission will be to support the area’s daily operations, ensuring that documentation, coordination with subcontractors, and internal workflows run on time, smoothly, and efficiently. What will be your main responsibilities? * **Enable and keep up to date** subcontractor and construction company documentation (contracts, accreditations, etc.). * **Coordinate** with Risk Prevention (DHYSO) the **mandatory safety talks** for subcontractor personnel. * **Manage requests** for corporate uniforms for subcontractors. * **Support the payroll cycle** for subcontractors and **organize files** (physical and digital) for traceability. * **Serve internal and external customers** (subcontractors, construction companies, and supervisors), focusing on solution delivery. * **Create and update control spreadsheets** to help monitor operations and support decision-making. What profile are we looking for? * **Education**: Technical or professional degree in **Administration** or related field. * **Experience**: At least **2 years** in **HR** and/or **management control** areas (including professional internships). * **Knowledge**: Current **labor legislation**, **Subcontracting Law (desirable)**; **Intermediate Excel** (tables, formulas, data sorting); **SAP (desirable)**. * **Competencies**: **Organization and planning** (to handle large volumes of data and documentation); **Clear communication**, **customer orientation**, **empathy**, and **teamwork** (to address the needs of contractors, subcontractors, and the facilities team, as well as to collaborate cross-departmentally to prepare and ensure optimal contractor onboarding at site). How do we work? * **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, **administrative hours, 42 hours per week**. * **Location**: WTC Office (Santiago), Las Condes commune, Tobalaba Metro station. * **Tools**: Workstation, PC, and access to shared folders and corporate tools.
