Position Summary: This role aims to ensure commercial success by efficiently activating cash management services, providing proactive client advisory to accelerate sales and improve onboarding, while identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the entire onboarding process for business opportunities. 2. Advise and train clients on new Cash products and functionalities. 3. Identify new value-added service opportunities for clients. Ensure sustained commercial success through efficient activation of contracted cash management services, delivering proactive and timely technical/functional advisory to our clients, thereby accelerating the sales conversion rate and improving activation SLAs, ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience to foster client loyalty and further identify new business opportunities arising from these client relationships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Manage 100% of the opportunities assigned to you by the business unit to execute the full onboarding process. Ensure end-to-end onboarding, which includes technical/commercial follow-up with clients or with various internal departments to guarantee fulfillment of technical requirements. Advise commercial executives, ensuring timely knowledge of products, implementation processes, and issue resolution. Advise and train clients on new products, channels, and/or new Cash functionalities. Foster client loyalty through easy and efficient implementation of the contracted product, focusing on each client’s satisfaction and specific requirements. Identify new value-adding services or solutions for clients based on the relationships established during system closure for each business. Analyze and configure solutions for sophisticated and/or highly complex products. Conduct visits to existing and new clients, focusing on feasibility of successful implementation of the product of interest to the client. To succeed in this position, you need: Technical and/or university-level education (minimum 4-year program), preferably in: Business Administration and/or Information Technology. Commercial knowledge, customer service, marketing, etc. Basic knowledge of databases, Excel, and Office. Customer service training courses. Service quality techniques. Direct client-facing experience, ideally with corporate clients. It is even better if you have: Experience with Cash Management products.
