Position Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist to ensure excellent customer/guest service by managing requests empathetically and following front desk procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service experience and empathy 2. Proficiency in Office, Opera system, or hotel management software 3. English language proficiency The hotel is looking for a Receptionist who meets the following characteristics and/or responsibilities: Provide excellent customer/guest service throughout the guest's entire stay at the hotel, always remaining available to address any request according to the standards required by the hotel chain. Interact with guests empathetically and follow established front desk procedures. Work experience \- Proactivity \- Customer focus \- Technical or higher education in tourism, hospitality, or related fields. \- Advanced proficiency in Office and the Opera system or other hotel management software. \- English language knowledge.
