This position is critical for delivering warm and professional service to clients, suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams, as well as providing administrative support across various company departments. Main Responsibilities * Perform administrative support tasks for management teams. * Receive and guide suppliers, clients, stakeholders, and general visitors. * Ensure proper access control for individuals entering the premises. * Use Office tools for daily tasks, primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Process purchase orders in the ERP system. * Promptly report incidents or relevant situations occurring on-site. * Assist in coordinating and managing administrative requests from departments. * Maintain courteous, orderly, and efficient service toward internal and external clients. Requirements * Must hold a disability credential. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Office tools. * Basic accounting knowledge is desirable. * Experience or skills in customer service. * Prior experience in administrative or reception roles is desirable. * Availability to work on-site. Position Conditions * Contract type: Fixed-term contract for 3 months, renewable for another 3 months, followed by potential indefinite-term contract. * Net salary: Between $700\.000 and $824\.000\. * Working hours: 41 hours per week. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:30–18:00 hrs; Friday, 08:30–16:30 hrs. * Work modality: On-site.
