Automate reporting processes. 2. Implement data pipelines from various information sources into the company’s data warehouse, ensuring this information is available for end users. 3. Develop checklists for data loading procedures in systems used for reporting. 4. Identify, resolve, and/or escalate any technical failures directly affecting the integrity of service-related data. 5. Operate the various tools available within the company for information generation. 6. Generate information for ECC service billing. 7. Meet with internal and external clients. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel); Power BI is mandatory.
