Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the position of Production Manager in a food manufacturing facility (bakery), responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality, and organizing staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage daily production processes 2. Ensure product quality according to established standards 3. Organize and positively lead staff We are looking for a professional preferably with relevant education and/or experience in the food industry (bakery), who can serve as Production Manager at our factory located in Recoleta.
