Job Summary: This role ensures the timely and efficient processing of supplier payments while maintaining strong supplier relationships and performing accounting recording and document analysis. Professional training in Accounting and Auditing, Engineering, or a related field. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of supplier payments, safeguarding the company’s interests and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Accounting recording of received documents (tax-related documents, internal documents, vouchers, and others). * Ensure timely payment processing of documents. * Analysis and reconciliation of accounting entries. * Coordinate with Procurement and Treasury departments to resolve any issues affecting accurate accounting or payment. * Review and control documents assigned to factoring, verifying correct transfer. * Conduct accounting review and verify correct allocation of withholdings and taxes. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Professional degree in Accounting and Auditing, Engineering, or a related field. * School insurance provided by the educational institution. * Availability to complete the internship for 6 months.
