Currently, we are looking for a **Branch Manager** for San Carlos. **Position Objective:** Employee responsible for leading a team at a specific branch, accountable for achieving assigned commercial, operational, and service objectives through building strong relationships with members and managing a high-performance team based on the cooperative's values. **Job Responsibilities:** * Monitor, administer, and manage processes carried out at the branch. * Submit weekly sales projections aimed at achieving required sales targets to the office. * Coordinate and conduct planning meetings with the work team. * Verify information and documentation submitted for credit applications. * Carry out field activities focused on credit, collections, and savings. * Monitor, track, and follow up on the branch’s credit portfolio (risk, delinquency, etc.). * Report management actions using databases provided by headquarters (phone calls/home visits/letter mailings). * Perform cash audits, surprise cash counts when necessary, and end-of-day reconciliation. * Conduct competitor analysis and review credit and savings interest rates. * Manage court-related documents. * Serve customers (complaints, members, contact with trade associations and companies). * Process loan disbursements and deposit transactions. * Management reporting. * Promote a culture centered on members and corporate values. * Raise alerts that could affect business continuity or harm operations, as well as manage those affecting their respective office according to established protocols. * Ensure proper execution of various protocols and procedures involving frontline staff. * Implement and follow up on action plans assigned to the branch. **Job Requirements:** * Technical or professional studies in business, administration, marketing, finance, accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in this role or similar positions related to credit sales or financial services. * Experience in personnel management and strong communication skills. * Knowledge of financial and economic indicators. * Intermediate level in computer tools, Excel, email, and others. **We Offer:** * Work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8:45 to 17:45, and Friday 8:45 to 16:30. * Fixed-term contract for 3 months, then indefinite. * Net salary of 750,000 CLP + performance-based bonuses. * Workplace located at the San Carlos branch. * Implementation of 40-hour workweek. * Direct hiring by the company. * Biannual IPC adjustment, prorated according to start date. * Birthday half-day off and employee gifts. * Bonus for National Holidays and Christmas. * Celebrations for traditional holidays. * Flexible working hours for personal errands. * Free training and development opportunities
