For the Channels/Branch Management area, we are currently seeking INTEGRAL EXECUTIVES for the VALDIVIA BRANCH, with the challenge of ensuring excellent customer service quality, addressing customer inquiries and resolving 100% of their requests. **Additionally, your responsibilities will include:** * Drive the Digital Bank strategy by advising customers on the use of digital platforms (mobile app, website). * Resolve customer requests and needs across various areas such as inquiries, claims, complaints, and general advice, delivering high-quality service that positively impacts NPS. * Achieve sales targets by offering Falabella Financiero products (credit/debit cards, consumer loans, cash advances, checking accounts, associated insurance, other cross-sales) to customers based on platform assessments. * Support the branch security team regarding opening or closing procedures according to assigned shifts.
