Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure the availability and continuity of financial issuance solutions through incident management and improvements. 1\. Manage and resolve second-level escalated incidents and problems, coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to restore operational continuity in the shortest possible time. 2\. Monitor and manage hybrid technology infrastructure (cloud and on\-premise), ensuring the availability, capacity, performance, and security of critical services and platforms. 3\. Perform on-call support shifts and lead mitigation, recovery, and escalation processes during operational contingencies. 4\. Design, implement, and maintain technological solutions, conducting functional testing, technical validations, and specialized support to guarantee service stability and quality. 5\. Administer and maintain the technical knowledge base, contributing to documentation, knowledge transfer, and training of first-level support teams. 6\. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards, including cybersecurity regulations, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and other business-applicable requirements. 7\. Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects, generating reports, operational analyses, and recommendations that contribute to optimizing system and service performance. 8\. Support the implementation and maintenance of high-availability architectures, load balancing, disaster recovery, and cloud platforms, ensuring operational continuity for critical services. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Professional degree in Computer Engineering or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience, ideally in IT Engineering roles. * Experience with PCI, PIN, and DSS.
