Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for managing inventory, receiving, storing, and dispatching materials to ensure operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. At Culligan Chile, a leading provider of water solutions for homes, businesses, and industries, we are looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor to our team — responsible for ensuring proper inventory management, material receipt, storage, and dispatch, thereby contributing to operational continuity and adherence to our service standards. Key Responsibilities ✅ Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures. ✅ Coordinate receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of materials, spare parts, and equipment. ✅ Monitor physical and system-based inventories, ensuring record accuracy. ✅ Lead and coordinate the warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety, order, and continuous improvement. ✅ Manage performance indicators related to inventory, productivity, accuracy, and service level. ✅ Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Technical Service, and Distribution departments to ensure material availability. ✅ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and good warehousing practices. Requirements ✔ Higher Technical or Professional degree in Logistics, Administration, Executive Engineering, or related field. ✔ Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising warehouse, distribution center, or logistics operations. ✔ Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and logistics processes. ✔ Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. ✔ Experience leading operational teams. ✔ Preferred experience in service, distribution, manufacturing, or retail companies.
