We are currently seeking to hire an Inventory Analyst for our Logistics Division in Chile. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Inventory Control and Recording: * Verify and record incoming and outgoing goods movements in the inventory management system. * Update and maintain the inventory database in real time. * Ensure supporting documents (invoices, waybills, receiving notes) are properly archived and linked to recorded movements. Physical Counts and Reconciliation: * Coordinate and execute periodic (cyclical and annual) physical inventory counts. * Identify and analyze discrepancies between physical inventory and system-recorded inventory. * Propose adjustments and perform system reconciliations upon approval by responsible personnel. Inventory Analysis: * Generate reports on inventory levels, product turnover, obsolescence, and other key performance indicators. * Identify slow-moving or near-expiry products and communicate them to relevant departments. * Propose process improvements for inventory management to optimize storage and minimize errors. Policy and Regulatory Compliance: * Ensure inventory procedures comply with internal policies and applicable legal regulations. * Participate in internal and external audits related to inventory. Interdepartmental Collaboration: * Coordinate with procurement, sales, warehousing, and logistics departments to ensure inventory data integrity. * Support resolution of incidents related to product availability. Operation of Light Vehicles: * Operate van and cargo van within Minera Los Pelambres’ premises, strictly adhering to safety protocols. ### **Minimum Requirements** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or technological degree in Logistics, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Additional training in inventory management or inventory management systems (desirable). * 1–3 years of experience in similar roles. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Courses or certifications in supply chain, logistics, or material handling equipment (desirable). * Advanced computer skills. * Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP, WMS, etc.). * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, including key inventory management performance indicators (KPIs).
