Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and empathetic concierge for a residential building, tasked with security, access control, equipment monitoring, and resident assistance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for building security and access control 2. Mail management and resident assistance 3. Leading evacuations and assisting in case of emergencies We Are Hiring! The company Fill\-Lif is looking for concierges for various communes in the Metropolitan Region, for residential buildings, whose main responsibilities will be: * Building security and access control. * Monitoring proper operation of building equipment. * Receiving mail and packages. * Guiding maintenance company personnel during visits. * Registering visitors and announcing their arrival. * Managing visitor parking. * Monitoring surveillance cameras. * Addressing resident inquiries or referring them to management. * Recording relevant incidents in the logbook (incident register). * Leading evacuations and assisting others in case of emergencies.
