The role involves operating machinery and equipment, adhering to established procedures, safety regulations, and technical guidelines defined by management. Job Requirements: \*Completed secondary education. \*No prior experience required, as internal training will be provided. \*Desirable knowledge of Metrology and Overhead Crane Operation (not mandatory, as both will be trained during the first year). Work Schedule: Rotating shifts Monday to Friday, according to scheduling \*Morning shift: 6:50 AM to 4:20 PM; Fridays until 3:20 PM \*Afternoon shift: 12:50 PM to 10:20 PM; Fridays until 9:20 PM \*Night shift: 9:50 PM to 7:20 AM; last day of shift ends at 6:20 AM Benefits: \*Meal allowance at the company cafeteria. \*Annual bonus payment. \*One additional base salary per year, divided into three installments (National Holidays, Christmas, and Vacation bonuses). \*Monthly supermarket card worth $55,000 CLP.
