Job Summary: We are seeking a Crane Operator to operate and drive cranes, supporting logistics and material movement within the Environmental Area. Key Highlights: 1. Possibility of an indefinite-term contract based on performance **Crane Operator – Replacement for Medical Leave** *(With possibility of an indefinite-term contract based on performance)* We are currently seeking a **Crane Operator** to join the operational area (Environmental Department) on a **medical leave replacement basis**, with potential continuity and transition to an indefinite-term contract subject to performance evaluation. ### **Job Objective** To conduct and operate cranes for movement, transportation, and logistical support in loading, unloading, and sorting processes, contributing to the proper functioning of daily operations and supporting various operational areas. ### **Main Responsibilities** Operate cranes for moving waste containers in environmental classification programs. Transport blocks, *New Jersey*-type barriers, and other structures required for operations. Support logistics for loading, unloading, and removal of organic waste. Assist in transporting materials, tools, and recycling equipment. Maintain up-to-date records of movements and tasks performed during the shift. Support supervision of cleaning activities during shifts. Channel operational requirements and cleaning requests to other departments. Report daily updates, incidents, and scope of work for the shift. Coordinate and supervise cleaning activities in common areas. Manage cleaning actions with focus on correct waste segregation. ### **Work Schedule** Weekly rotating **5x2 shift system**: * **Shift A:** Monday to Friday \- 07:00 to 16:00 hours * **Shift B:** Tuesday to Saturday 07:00 to 16:30 hours ### **Requirements** ✔ Knowledge of **Traffic Law No. 18\.290**. ✔ **Class D** driver’s license (mandatory). ✔ **Class B** driver’s license (mandatory). ✔ Minimum 2 **years’ experience operating forklift cranes or in similar roles**. ✔ Experience in customer service *(desirable)*. ### **Employment Conditions** * Direct employment contract with the employer. * Initially for **medical leave replacement**. * Possibility of transitioning to an **indefinite-term contract based on performance**. ### **Benefits** ✔ Compensation fund. ✔ Parking. ✔ Payment via electronic transfer, with option for advance payment/biweekly payout. ✔ Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
