Join Ecológica! We are currently seeking our next Junior Services Supervisor, who will be part of the Services Management Department in the Metropolitan Region. Key responsibilities include: * Request Entry: Register services in the system for management the following day, ensuring accurate and timely entry within stipulated deadlines. Includes HR requests. * Plant Visits: Conduct periodic visits to each plant together with the prevention team, identifying improvements and preparing reports. * Communication with Account Manager: Maintain direct, daily communication with the account manager to promptly resolve any issues that may arise. * Communication with Internal and External Transportation: Coordinate relevant transportation services, receive transportation requests, assess feasibility, and confirm client receipt. Manage material loading and unloading, as well as entries, exits, and documentation. * Operational Reporting and Follow-up: Prepare daily reports on service effectiveness, missed deliveries, customer requests, additional operational requirements, and special material or hazardous waste (respel) intake requests. * Dispatching the Daily Schedule: Send the daily schedule to the client the day before.
