




Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of e-learning platforms and digital content within a complex corporate environment. Key Highlights: 1. Design and development of e-learning platforms and digital content. 2. Leading e-learning projects in highly complex corporate environments. 3. Able to concurrently manage other clients. We seek a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of e-learning platforms, digital content, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) within a highly complex corporate environment with a strong regulatory compliance component. Work is executed on a project-by-project basis under service orders, with payment based on actual man-hours worked. No exclusivity required: the selected candidate may concurrently serve other clients. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Design learning architectures for regulatory compliance and internal corporate training topics. - Produce multimedia content: videos, infographics, interactive simulations, microlearning, and training capsules. - Implement and administer corporate LMS platforms, including training traceability analysis. - Integrate tools for consultation, self-assessment, and commitment tracking into the platform. - Support organizational change management and culture development processes. - Coordinate with other technical specialists involved in the project. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Instructional Design, Computer Engineering (Executive Level), Organizational Psychology, or Communication and Educational Technology. - Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in digital platforms and content oriented toward knowledge management or internal corporate training. - Proven proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS, 360Learning, Cornerstone, Canvas, or others). - Experience in educational multimedia production. - Bachelor’s degree legally notarizable. - Availability to work on a fee-for-service basis without exclusivity.
