DCS Chile is seeking an IT Support Professional with intermediate English for an important multinational client. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in IT support Level 1 and Level 2 (minimum 4 years of experience) 2. Knowledge of networks and servers is highly desirable 3. Intermediate English is mandatory 4. Technical degree in computing or related field. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 6. High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team. · Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to internal and external users. 2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents. 3. Install and configure equipment and systems. 4.
