Serve as the primary point of contact between end users and support A leading company is seeking an IT Applications Manager responsible for ensuring operational continuity of critical systems, managing incidents, and coordinating support teams as the liaison between business and technical areas. We seek a candidate with experience in production application support, ideally with involvement in incident coordination or operational leadership. Responsibilities: • Manage incidents and production requests, ensuring resolution and tracking. • Coordinate with technical teams and vendors. • Serve as the primary point of contact between end users and support. • Monitor systems and ensure operational continuity. • Prioritize incidents and support root cause analysis. Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science or related field. • 3+ years of experience in production application support. • Experience in incident management, operational continuity, and user-facing support. • Experience coordinating with technical teams or vendors. Technical Knowledge (functional/operational level): • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (platform usage or support) • Microsoft Azure (operational level: monitoring, service review) • Databases (SQL Server or Oracle) – querying and data validation *Expert-level proficiency is not required, but practical hands-on knowledge of these platforms is essential. Microsoft certifications (Azure and/or Dynamics 365) are desirable.
