Are you passionate about agility and eager to join a team that drives continuous improvement and value delivery? At Dumas SpA, we seek a Scrum Master committed to excellence and collaboration. We need a Scrum Master with hands-on experience facilitating agile teams, capable of ensuring proper implementation of the Scrum framework, promoting continuous improvement, and supporting the team in achieving its goals using corporate tracking tools. Key responsibilities: \- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective). \- Remove impediments affecting team performance. \- Ensure correct use of boards and tracking in Azure DevOps. \- Monitor agile metrics and team performance. \- Prepare progress and tracking reports. \- Promote continuous improvement and agile best practices. \- Support teams in adopting the Scrum framework. Requirements: University degree in technology, management, or related field. Certification: \- PSM I or SCM (required). \- Experience and knowledge \- Proficiency in the Scrum framework. \- Experience in agile management with Azure DevOps. \- Practical experience facilitating agile teams. \- Agile metrics and cadence tracking. \- SAFe or Scrumban (preferred). \- Agile coaching (preferred).
