In this opportunity, we are looking for a Customer Analyst responsible for delivering customer service aligned with established guidelines and standards, and consistent with SMU’s vision for its digital channels—contributing to service differentiation objectives for the benefit of our customers. **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Resolve complaints related to Quality, Marketing, and Website. * Contact customers as required by the department. * Enhanced team capability and knowledge to effectively resolve customer issues. * Track and monitor critical cases received, coordinating with involved departments and escalating store-level operational issues to Operations. * Register and analyze customer cases potentially abusing service compensation policies. * Maintain up-to-date case records. * Ensure timely responses from internal departments impacting daily operations. **Requirements:** * Technical or professional degree in administration, public relations, communications, or related fields. * 1\-2 years of experience in team supervision or leadership and customer service. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other productivity tools. * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools.
