




Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Intern to join the Information Technology team, managing requests and incidents to ensure operational continuity and efficient support for internal users. Support basic diagnosis of hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues **We are looking for an IT SUPPORT INTERN at CrossLines!** At CrossLines, we are opening a new opportunity to join the Information Technology team as an IT Support Intern. We seek candidates eager to develop help desk experience, serve as the primary point of contact for managing requests and incidents, and contribute to operational continuity and efficient support for our internal users. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and log requests via email, ticketing system, Teams, or phone. * Classify and prioritize requests based on urgency and impact. * Support basic diagnosis of hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 incidents. * Track and properly close cases. * Escalate incidents when appropriate, maintaining clear communication with users and the technical team. * Support management of access rights and credentials in Microsoft 365. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Programming Analyst program or related field. * Prior experience or knowledge in IT support is desirable. * Basic proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and fundamental networking concepts. * Availability for on-site or hybrid work mode.
