Job Req Number: 112372 Time Type: Full Time **Job Objective:** Administer and retain the assigned customer portfolio, delivering excellent customer service while demonstrating solid knowledge of international trade and systems, enabling smooth, timely, and proactive shipment coordination, with full control over each ongoing shipment. Additionally, ensure rigorous control and monitoring of Reefer containers, safeguarding proper functionality, uninterrupted cold chain integrity, and compliance with required conditions throughout the entire logistics process. Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships to thrive within a multicultural work environment, and collaborate effectively with various departments across the company—particularly those directly related to your activities: Commercial Department, Procurement Department, and Finance Department—as well as DSV offices worldwide and agents in other countries. Demonstrate ability to integrate into a team, showing commitment to responsibilities toward the company, contributing ideas, supporting colleagues, acting proactively, respectfully, and responsibly, adhering to corporate guidelines, motivated by professional development, and actively participating in all team, company, or supervisory-defined activities. **Job Responsibilities:** * Review shipments without a job operator in the CW1 system and assign those belonging to your customer portfolio using your code. * Ensure files created in the CW1 operational system comply with booking instructions provided by the Commercial Department and the customer, verifying that information is accurate and complete. * Maintain the CW1 operational system duly updated in real time with all mandatory documents (MB/L, commercial invoice, SDA, mandate, etc.) and necessary information for correct operation handling and timely delivery of required notifications to the customer. * Meet company-established KPI requirements within stipulated deadlines, following operational processes defined via Milestones, Mandatory fields, Invoice speed, etc. * Issue insurance certificates through the CW1 system on time and as required by Incoterm (prior to departure or pickup), and review issuance of certificates required for the shipment. * Accurately and timely enter WIPs and accruals into the billing system, prioritizing posting and invoicing within company-defined deadlines, and continuously monitor file profitability to avoid reporting errors. * Ensure month-end closing is performed accurately and on schedule, confirming that files are correctly posted. * Process WHL files and close them within no more than 30 days after the JRRD month. * Correctly and promptly track ongoing operations within your customer portfolio until final destination arrival, keeping customers informed at all times regarding operational matters. * Immediately report any issues or changes arising from coordination with DSV stations or customers that could impact operations, enabling timely corrective actions to deliver appropriate solutions. **Job Functions:** * Coordinate maritime import and export shipments from initiation to final destination, keeping customers informed of all progress and scheduling changes. * Customer service attention and maintenance. * Execute all operational processes within established timeframes to prevent delays or additional costs caused by improper documentation or operational handling. * Ensure KPI compliance **Competencies:** * Knowledge of maritime, land, and air operations, customer service, and international trade. * Aptitude for teamwork, sharing assistance and expertise with others. * Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers. * Proactive attitude. * Ability to work under pressure and make assertive decisions. * Skill in identifying and prioritizing urgent situations requiring immediate action. * Ability to communicate empathetically, respectfully, and appropriately, using courteous vocabulary and tone at all times. * Responsible, dynamic, orderly, organized, and collaborative in assigned functions. * Willingness to receive and follow instructions from the immediate supervisor. * Ability to actively participate, express opinions, and provide responses and solutions during customer meetings. **DSV – Global transport and logistics** **"This publication is framed in the Law 21\.015 that promotes the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market".** Working at DSV means playing in a different league.
