In this position, you will be involved in the entire proposal process and will be responsible for meeting GHD’s stringent deadlines and quality requirements. Our promise to you **Responsibilities:** * Participate in assigned proposal processes through to submission, including explanatory meetings/site visits, consultation rounds and responses, coordination, development, consolidation and review of the proposal, and any subsequent clarification or negotiation stages up to award of the work. * Be responsible for preparing both the technical and commercial proposals, including related considerations and economic costing (HH, subcontractors and/or inputs), and associated negotiations, in accordance with company guidelines. * Prepare estimation spreadsheets, methodologies, review of work plans/programs, organizational charts, and technical and economic forms jointly with relevant technical and operational support personnel. * Prepare proposals within tight timeframes and to the quality standards required by company procedures. * Proactively, regularly, systematically and effectively interact with all stakeholders, obtaining appropriate feedback regarding the extent to which their expectations are met. * Identify, quantify and mitigate risks associated with the company’s participation in each tender process—whether technical, commercial and/or contractual. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineer of any specialty or Civil Constructor. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in engineering proposal preparation. * Advanced MS Office, MS Project, Adobe. * Intermediate-level English language proficiency preferred.
