Monday to Friday: 14:00 to 20:00\. **Job Objective:** Execute and support activities related to production processes, storage, packaging, and finished products through sampling, parameter measurement, process supervision, information recording, and verification of daily production targets. Additionally, ensure the safety and hygiene of personnel under supervision and support various operational tasks to guarantee the quality and safety of products manufactured by the company. **Main Responsibilities:** ✔ Ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and technical specifications. ✔ Promote and monitor compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations. ✔ Monitor management indicators (productivity, yield, efficiency, losses, downtime, etc.) and implement improvement actions. ✔ Identify deviations in the production process and lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. ✔ Prepare and maintain up-to-date production records, incident reports, and shift-related updates. ✔ Maintain order, cleanliness, and application of methodologies in the work area. ✔ Promptly report operational contingencies, risks, or deviations affecting goal achievement to supervisors. **Requirements:** * Technician or professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields. * Experience supervising production teams, preferably in food plants or industrial processes. * Availability to work part-time, Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 20:00. * Proficiency in Excel and control recordkeeping. * Knowledge of production processes, food safety, and food safety assurance. * Familiarity with hygiene protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **What Are We Looking For?** Individuals with leadership capability, results orientation, ability to coordinate work teams, and commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. **If you want to be part of a leading mass-consumption company and contribute to developing high-quality products, apply by sending us your updated CV!**
