Provide diagnostic support and/or procedures for patients seeking care in the Emergency Department. 2. Conduct daily visits to hospitalized patients to monitor clinical progression, assess treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments. 3. Conduct new and follow-up specialty consultations for patients attending the Attached Specialty Clinic (CAE). 4. Coordinate with the Attached Specialty Clinic (CAE) management regarding services delivered at the Anticoagulation Therapy Polyclinic (Poli TACO). 5. Develop protocols, procedures, and initiatives within the scope of professional competence, aligned with current clinical guidelines and standards. 6. Participate in management and clinical-assistance activities and meetings as required by immediate supervision. 7. Provide clinical support to patients treated at the Hemodialysis Unit (HPU) as needed. 8. Participate in the PROA Committee (Program for Optimizing Antimicrobial Use) and the Universal Palliative Care Program Committee of Purranque Hospital. 9. Fulfill the role of specialist physician in accordance with national health policies, Osorno Health Service regulations, and the services available at Dr. Juan Hepp Hospital. 10. Periodically and systematically verify the condition of patients according to established protocols. 11. Ensure efficient use of physical resources available to perform duties effectively. 12. Prepare and/or complete clinical records or reports, and other administrative tasks related to the position. 13. Timely communicate and clarify diagnoses, procedures, or referrals to patients, their families, or caregivers, as appropriate. 14. Promptly report all critical incidents—or suspicion thereof—to immediate supervision. 15.
