Main Functions Control, recording, and tracking of accounts payable, customer invoices, outstanding receivables, and received payments, all within the Chipax system. Accounting allocation and expense control — Allocate costs and expenses to the current account after verifying receipts. Review supporting documentation and ensure correct payment assignments. Personnel MO document management — Maintain updated records of active personnel per project. Verify and organize employment contracts and annexes with external companies. Attendance and crew control — Manage attendance records by crew. Prepare consolidated attendance reports per project for payroll. Administrative support and communication with clients and suppliers — Handle administrative requests related to invoicing, purchase orders, and payment coordination. **Requirements:** Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, or related field.
