Main responsibilities: Daily monitoring and recording of site personnel attendance. Support in administrative management of the project (documentation, contracts, permits, time tracking, etc.). Management and control of inventory of materials, equipment, and tools. Assistance in expense tracking and petty cash reconciliations. Issuance and receipt of invoices, delivery notes, and other administrative documents. Coordination with headquarters regarding HR, accounting, and procurement matters. Filing and organization of legal and technical documentation for the project. Requirements and qualifications: Technical or professional degree in Administration, Accounting, Civil Construction, or related field. The main function will be to coordinate, plan, and oversee the shipment of processed fruit, coordinating operations between dispatch and cold storage supervisors according to logistical/commercial priorities and in compliance with operational standards, food safety, safety regulations, and internal and external customer requirements.
