We stand out due to our passion for what we do, our philosophy of "one for all and all for one," and our mission to provide dedicated service with mind, heart, and soul. **Position Objective:** Support and meet the logistical and administrative needs of the dialysis center, actively contributing to the optimal management of its processes and delivering excellent service in accordance with DaVita Chile's quality policies, objectives, and corporate guidelines. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Manage clinical and other supplies: * Receive supplies, manage invoices, and enter information into the system. * Conduct inventory as required by supervisors. * Assist Head Nurse in monitoring and ensuring efficient use of clinical supplies. 2\. Carry out administrative processes related to human resources: * Assist Head Nurse in organizing and updating employee personnel folders. * Receive and disseminate corporate information for both employees and patients sent from headquarters. * Support Head Nurse in administrative tasks related to employee needs. 3\. Perform billing and collection procedures: * Keep center quotas updated. * Request and maintain updated personal information of patients. * Prepare medical and nursing files for each patient entering the center. 4\. Assist patients, family members, and/or companions: * Arrange transportation services for patients. * Provide timely information to patients as directed by the Head Nurse. 5\. Perform specific administrative tasks at the center, such as: * Manage petty cash funds according to instructions from the Head Nurse. * Record, input, and manage invoices and other center documents. * Keep dialysis center documentation up to date.
