Currently, for Chile, we are recruiting for a new position: **Integral Technical Operator in Temuco**, responsible for optimally addressing failures in self-service equipment or any other technological developments deployed by the company, ensuring compliance with the corresponding SLA. **What will you do in this role?** * Correctly execute responses to failures in self-service equipment or any other technological development deployed by the company. * Perform and ensure proper maintenance of self-service equipment marketed by the company. * Safeguard and ensure correct use of tools provided by the company. * Generate reports for assigned tasks. * Carry out administrative activities onsite. **What do we expect from you?** * Experience and knowledge of ATM mechanics. * Handling ATM failures. * 0–2 years handling minor failures (e.g., printing failure due to lack of supplies or paper jams; non-operational status due to machine disconnection). * Technician in electronics, electricity, or telecommunications. * User-level Office proficiency. * Knowledge of cash-related self-service equipment. * Basic knowledge of telecommunications (full or junior level preferred). * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Class B driver’s license. **What will you find in this opportunity?** * A collaborative and enriching work environment promoting core values: think positively, unstoppable spirit, and people-centered mindset. * A challenging role where, on one hand, you’ll participate in strategic discussions, while remaining closely connected to the organization’s day-to-day operations. * A range of corporate benefits including life insurance, training, scholarships, and more. ***Do you identify with this challenge?
