Efficiently manage human and material resources The company is looking for a Forestry Operations Manager to lead and supervise vegetation clearance operations. We seek a professional with field experience, leadership capability, and a strong commitment to meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards. Main Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of brush cutting and vegetation clearance work along power lines. - Lead and coordinate field work teams, ensuring adherence to established schedules. - Supervise the proper use and maintenance of assigned tools, equipment, and resources. - Ensure strict compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations. - Manage the human and material resources required for efficient operation execution. - Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to committed deadlines. - Prepare and submit progress, productivity, and results reports to the relevant supervisor. - Maintain effective communication with clients, supervisors, and field personnel. Requirements - Professional degree in Forestry Engineering or Forestry Technology. - Minimum 3 years of experience supervising forestry operations. - Proven experience in brush cutting and vegetation clearance work along power lines. - Knowledge of forestry operations planning and management. - Experience leading field work teams. - Familiarity with occupational safety regulations and risk prevention. - Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Residence in Chillán or nearby areas. - Willingness to work outside the region.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Institute / Technical Training Center. 5 years of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 30 and 45 years Driver's License: Class B Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer
