




At **JCS Logistics and Transportation**, a leading company in forest, general, and fuel cargo transportation, we are seeking an **Administrative Operator** to comprehensively manage the CD’s daily operations, ensuring proper inflow and dispatch flow, accurate stock control, and appropriate management of operational information. **Job Responsibilities:** * Monitor and supervise the CD’s operational activities, tracking physical movements of equipment and supplies and ensuring correct traceability. * Manage available inventory, maintaining appropriate stock levels and applying controls to ensure service continuity. * Execute and supervise customer order receipt and dispatch processes, ensuring compliance with operational, documentation, and safety requirements. * Record and keep operational information updated in the ERP system and control platforms. * Plan daily dispatch scheduling and route assignments, optimizing time, resources, and operational costs. **Position Conditions:** * Work modality: on-site (Chillán) * Contract type: initial fixed-term contract, followed by renewal as a fixed-term contract and subsequently indefinite-term subject to performance evaluation. * Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday. * Benefits: Access to supplementary health insurance, affiliation and preferential partnerships with Los Andes Compensation Fund, and a safe, respectful, and stable work environment supporting your professional development. **Candidate Requirements:** * Technical or professional education in fields such as Logistics, Administration, or Transportation Operations. * Minimum 1 year of experience in operational management roles related to distribution centers, warehouses, or logistics. * Experience in daily dispatch scheduling, inventory control, and loading/unloading processes. * Proficiency in SAP ERP at user level.
