Job Summary: We are seeking a Control and Protection Technician to perform electrical construction tasks and project connections under the supervision of the Supervisor. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 7 years of experience in similar positions 2. Intermediate or Higher Technician in Electricity, Electronics, or Automation 3. Knowledge of assembly, wiring, and connection of control systems **EQUANS Chile (EQCL)** is seeking a **CONTROL AND PROTECTION TECHNICIAN**, whose primary responsibility will be to carry out electrical construction tasks and connection work for the project(s) for which they were hired, under the guidance of the Control and Protection Supervisor. **We invite all qualified candidates meeting the following requirements to apply for this vacancy:** **Profession / Education:** * Intermediate or Higher Technician in Electricity, Electronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field. **Knowledge:** * Assembly, wiring, and connection of control and protection systems. * Interpretation of electrical drawings, control diagrams, and protection schematics. * Use of electrical measurement tools and instruments. * Electrical safety regulations and work on energized installations. * Support in testing and commissioning of control and protection systems. **Experience:** * Minimum 7 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in electrical projects for substations, industrial facilities, or energy infrastructure. **Requirements:** * Availability to travel and remain in the area where work will be carried out, as required by the project. * Availability to work on-site and adhere to the project's safety standards.
