Job Summary: Analyze, propose improvements to, and execute engineering, construction, commissioning, and commissioning activities for control and protection systems, coordinating fieldwork. Experience in substation and power line projects. **EQUANS Chile (EQCL)** is seeking a **CONTROL AND PROTECTION AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS FOREMAN**, whose responsibilities will include analyzing, proposing improvements to, and executing engineering (design), construction (assembly and wiring), commissioning (testing and protocolization), and commissioning activities for control and protection systems, in order to coordinate and allocate fieldwork tasks among assigned technicians according to directives from their direct Supervisor. **We invite all qualified candidates meeting the following requirements to apply for this vacancy:** **Profession / Education:** * Higher Technical Degree in Electricity, Electronics, Industrial Automation, or related field **Knowledge:** * Assembly, maintenance, and testing of control and protection systems. * Interpretation of electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and control schematics. * Current electrical regulations and safety procedures associated with electrical work. * Supervision and coordination of fieldwork crews. * Use of measurement instruments and test equipment for protection systems. **Experience:** * Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar roles related to electrical control and protection. * Experience in assembly, maintenance, or commissioning projects for substations, power lines, or industrial installations. **Requirements:** * Availability to relocate and remain in the area where work is carried out, requiring accommodation as required by project needs.
