At Mowi Chile, we are seeking an **Assistant Site Manager** to join our **Seawater Production** team in **X**. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT?** Manage production teams and resources associated with the fish production process to ensure production volumes and costs comply with company standards. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** A professional from the aquaculture sector with knowledge of fish farming, health management, feeding systems (Akva or Scale), cost control, budgeting, environmental, labor, and fisheries legislation. **REQUIREMENTS:** Preferably at least two full production cycles with Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar), basic computer skills, availability for a 7x7 shift schedule, valid PNM or TNM registration, and completion of either a raft/cage safety course or a Caligus control course.
