Ensure legal compliance in OSH At **LL Consulting**, as **strategic partners of Serfonac**, a leading company in the forestry sector, we are currently looking for an **OSH Advisor** to join their field operations in the commune of Angol and surrounding areas, supporting forestry and protection activities. The main objective is to promote a strong safety culture, prevent occupational accidents and professional diseases, and ensure legal compliance in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), working directly with supervisors, field brigades, and operational teams. Key responsibilities include: * Identify risk conditions in forestry operations and propose applicable preventive measures in the field. * Coordinate and implement safety training activities for brigades and operational teams. * Conduct on-site behavioral safety observations and raise early alerts regarding deviations. * Support and advise team leaders and supervisors in the safe execution of critical tasks. * Support regulatory compliance and internal OSH guidelines, ensuring traceability of preventive management. Ideal Profile: * Technical or Engineering degree in Occupational Risk Prevention * Prior experience in forestry operations, silviculture, or fire protection is desirable. * Knowledge of: OSH legal regulations, occupational risk assessment and control. * Valid driver's license * Willingness to work on-site * Familiarity with Wisetrack GPS, Rinde gastos, Internal Preventive Management, Avenza MAPS If you meet these requirements, apply now!
