At **JCS Logística y Transporte**, a leading company in the transportation sector, we are looking for a **Fleet Supervisor** to coordinate forest cargo operations at our Coihue base located in Negrete. Your main mission will be to ensure compliance with operational programs, safeguard the safety of our personnel, and optimize fleet efficiency under your supervision. **You will be responsible for:** * **Coordinating** the operational scheduling established by the client, ensuring continuity, efficiency, and achievement of objectives. * **Monitoring** operations through available platforms, identifying deviations, and applying timely corrective actions to the fleet. * **Supervising** operational safety standards, participating in incident investigations, and promoting a preventive culture. * **Leading** and managing the team of drivers, actively participating in selection, evaluation, development, and termination processes. * **Maintaining** close leadership on-site, facilitating communication with the team, clients, internal departments, and external institutions. **Job Profile Requirements:** * Professional degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Forestry Engineering. * Proven experience of **at least 3 years** in supervising heavy freight or forest transportation operations (mandatory) * Stable residence in the communes of Negrete, Nacimiento, Los Ángeles, or nearby localities to the operational base (mandatory) * Knowledge of transportation regulations and occupational safety standards. * Leadership and team management skills. * Proficiency with digital tools for logistics planning. **Position Conditions** * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Schedule:** Full-time, under Article 22, clause 2 of the Labor Code * **Contract:** Initial fixed-term contract for 3 months, renewable for an additional 3 months.
